How We Work
Advice is normally given following an initial meeting, either in our office in the centre of Hemel Hempstead or in your own home or office. This is normally free of charge and without obligation. At this meeting we will advise you if we can be of assistance and you will have the opportunity of finding out more about us.
We listen to your needs and offer clear, no-jargon advice on the most appropriate way to proceed in achieving your financial goals. This could be by providing advice on all or any of the areas of investment, pension planning, options into retirement, IHT planning, protection planning for your family and business or your mortgage requirements.
Our charges can be structured in several ways. Some of our clients prefer a fee based approach, whilst others are more comfortable with a commission approach. Some prefer a combination of both to provide even greater flexibility. Whichever option is chosen our charges are disclosed in an open and transparent manner.
Where ongoing regular advice is required we have a choice of programmes under our Sterling Future Solution scheme.
We can in certain circumstances give advice on a limited basis on a particular need or by post or e-mail.
