How We Work
Advice is normally given following an initial meeting, either in our office in the centre of Hemel Hempstead or in your own home or office. The initial meeting is normally free of charge and without obligation. At this meeting we will advise you if we can be of assistance and you will have the opportunity of finding out more about us.
We listen to your needs and offer clear, no-jargon advice on the most appropriate way to proceed in aiming to achieve your financial goals. This could be by providing advice on all or any of the areas of investment, pension planning, options into retirement, IHT planning, protection planning for your family and business or your mortgage requirements.
Where ongoing regular advice is required we have a choice of programmes.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
As an independent mortgage broker we can be paid a fee, usually 0.5% of the loan amount, or by commission.
